Every individual holds the key to their own happiness and possesses the power to change their lives for the better.
Sometimes we need guidance and support in evaluating a situation, understanding our needs, recognizing our thoughts, healing emotions, and identifying what needs to change. Developing healthy coping strategies and improving our overall mental health requires mindfulness in our life.

"I’m thankful for my struggle because without it I wouldn’t have stumbled across my strength.” ~Unknown
Life has its way of presenting us with unexpected challenges that we may not always be prepared to handle on our own. While on this journey of life we strive to work through problems that arise and hope that our experiences better prepare us for what comes next. I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years and use evidence-based strategies that are tailored to each individual’s needs. We will work collaboratively to explore areas of your life that are getting in the way of achieving your goals. We each have our own unique stories that shape us as the people we have become, the more we know ourselves and recognize our strengths and weaknesses, the better prepared we are to effectively manage challenges. Talk therapy provides new insights, only you can tell your story, let me help guide and facilitate the change you want to see in yourself! My goal is for my clients to focus on increasing their wellness, developing a stronger and healthier sense of self so that they gain the confidence they need to tackle any issues that come their way. I can assist in identifying negative thought patterns and behaviors that maintain unhealthy lifestyle habits that get in the way of your happiness. Focusing and gaining understanding into your mental health will ultimately improve your physical health…it is all connected into who we are and how we function.
I provide a safe and trusting environment where you freely express yourself without judgment, and I very much look forward to meeting you so that we can start this journey together!
